Aspen Cocktails & Consulting specializes in bar design and menu curation, implementation of draught cocktails, fine whiskey tastings, and customized bar catering experiences.
Founder Matt Corbin has excelled within the food and beverage industry for over 20 years. He has competed in and won national competitions, managed a Forbes 5-Star cocktail and lounge program, and trained bartenders who have gone on to win national accolades. He has consulted on the opening of numerous successful restaurants and hotels and crafted enduring cocktail, beer, and wine programs. His distilling experience, including managing and operating the construction of the first-ever LEED Platinum v4 green distillery, has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the entire process—from how spirits are made to how they are best poured.
